This course gives participants an in-depth understanding into how to prepare and execute emergency management drills for critical infrastructures based on ISO 27001 / 22301 standards and the aviation specific standard EN 16495.

Learning Objectives

Learn from an experienced trainer and practitioner of Crisis Management Drills for large companies about crucial elements and fundamental steps of successful drills.

Develop an exercise scenario for a predefined issue and gain first experience in planning, realization and review of Emergency Management Drills. Experience exercise situation for a selective scenario designed by the training participants either from the director‘s or attendendee’s point of view.

  • Conducting an Emergency Management Drill of the best scenario
  • Feedback / lessons learned

Pre-Requisite for Course Registration

Basic knowledge about Emergency / Crisis Management (e.g. according to Federal Office for Information Security – “BSI” Standard 100-4) and Information Security Management (e.g. according to ISO 27001).
