Orange Cyberdefense opens new office in Ghent
April 18, 2019, Ghent – Orange Cyberdefense, Europe’s largest independent provider of cybersecurity and Managed Security Services announces the opening of a new office in Ghent, near the Maaltebruggestraat, close to the University of Ghent. The office will be used for both operational and commercial purposes.
Orange Cyberdefense, which already operates branches in Wommelgem, Rotselaar and Nivelles, is continually striving to find an optimal work-life balance for its employees. The company was recently voted ‘Great Place to Work’ by the Vlerick Business School.
Jo Vander Schueren, General Manager of Orange Cyberdefense Belgium: “Despite the War for Talent that is raging in our industry, our workforce is growing every year, and with this new agency in Ghent, we want to focus more on the provinces of East and West Flanders to recruit staff. ”
“By doing so, we are also improving the mobility of our employees. Traffic jams in Antwerp are a recurring problem – so much time is wasted, especially because of the construction sites! We want our colleagues to find a better allocation of their time, in order to better combine work and private life. ”
The Orange Cyberdefense branch in Ghent will open in May 2019.
