Do you have a state-of-the-art firewall from Palo Alto Networks today?

In this rapidly-evolving technological world, it is crucial to check whether your firewall can still face current and future threats. Our Palo Alto experts have created a checklist with 7 items to help you protect your organization.

The Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewall already has very extensive possibilities to visualize the use of cloud applications and to limit access to them. Palo Alto Networks Prisma SaaS goes even further. Complementary to the NGFW (Hardware / VM-Series) and Prisma Access, Prisma SaaS offers the possibility to visualize and enforce policy within cloud applications administered by IT and offered internally (‘Sanctioned’ applications). For this, it uses a coupling at the level of API. (Cloud to Cloud)

Prisma SaaS offers:

  • Support for the most used SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) applications such as Microsoft Office365, Google G Suite, Box, Dropbox, Confluence, Jive, Servicenow and Salesforce.
  • The use of the most essential IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure can also be restricted with Aperture.
  • Full insight to all user, folder and file activities.
  • Retroactive analysis provides an overview of possible data leakage that goes back to the moment the SaaS account was created.
  • Deep inspection facilities give a picture of the daily use of applications and allow you to quickly determine whether your data is at risk, or whether there are compliance-related infringements.
  • Advanced threat protection identifies and blocks both known and unknown malware.
